First and foremost, we make sure you are safe and cared for. If your car is unusable we will get you transportation and connect you directly with our own doctors.
After speaking with you and understanding what happened, we will investigate the accident ourselves by speaking with law enforcement, analyzing the vehicle, and requesting notes from insurance.
We will then assess any and all losses. Most clients are not aware of all the ways they may have suffered, or how much those damages are eligible for compensation.
Once we make our case, we begin haggling with the insurance agents. This is often a lot of back and forth, refusing to back down and accept their low ball offer.
During this process, we will contact you at least once a week with clear and detailed updates. And of course, you can call us whenever you have a question.
If the insurance agency refuses to give you a fair payment, we take them to court, serving as your legal representatives.
The case comes to a close when the insurance agency A) offers the maximum, fair value for the injuries you suffered or B) the issue is decided by judge and jury.

But right before you hang up, you hear us hesitate to let you go without knowing that you are safe and taken care of. We ask you questions about your doctor: Have you seen them? How often can you see them? Are they the right experts for YOUR injury?
We also consider the consequences of your loss of property and injuries, stuff you hadn’t even considered yet. Are you able to work still? Can you walk and do basic tasks around the house? Do you have any transportation? Where there is any limitation, we arrange for professional help so you can live life as pain and worry free until your case is settled.
Once in the office we ask you to retell your story again. You notice that we don’t interrupt or impatiently look at our watches… all our attention is on you, taking in both the details and your experience.
