About Tosif

Tosif Chouhan is a native of Georgia and proudly calls Atlanta home. He attended Georgia State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management Insurance and Business Management. Tosif got his first exposure to the legal world while working as a risk manager for one of the largest insurance companies in the world for over 2 years. He then attended law school at Nova Southeastern University.

Tosif is a seasoned trial attorney who has handled thousands of cases. Tosif has been involved in a number of high-profile media cases the majority of which have yielded favorable results.

He has negotiated deals for clients accused of serious felonies and has fearlessly tried dozens of cases through verdict. His success in the courtroom covers a range of cases. Tosif has zealously represented clients including indigent citizens, business owners, athletes and celebrities all equally and with great success.
