Jerred Wilson

Since joining his father as a partner and stepping into firm leadership, Jerred has grown The Wilson PC from a local practice into a 33-person team handling personal injury and workers’ compensation matters across Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, and Illinois. That growth reflects his strength in scaling operations, building culture, and delivering high-quality legal services in multiple jurisdictions.

As CEO he owns the firm’s strategic direction, finances, and organizational development, while protecting the client-centered representation the practice was built on — making sure that injured Georgians and their families are treated as people, not case numbers.

Jerred spent four years as a trial attorney in the Office of the Public Defender for the Atlanta Judicial Circuit, where he managed a high-volume docket and built substantial courtroom and client-advocacy experience. He then practiced for four years at a statewide personal injury firm before joining his father as a partner at The Wilson PC.

A graduate of Stephenson High School in Stone Mountain, Georgia, Jerred earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2004, specializing in Communications and Human Resource Management. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in 2012 and is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.

Jerred is guided by the principle that “your rewards in life are in direct proportion to your service” — a mindset he brings to his clients, his leadership of a growing multistate firm, and his work in non-profit settings. A lifelong Atlantan, he is deeply invested in the wellbeing of the communities the firm serves.

He and his wife, Shani, also an Atlanta native, are raising two daughters, which informs his interest in initiatives that support families, youth development, and equitable access to resources. Outside of work he enjoys traveling, learning new skills, and spending time with his family.
