Before transitioning to the legal field, Dylan worked in staffing and human resources. That background gives him unique insight into workplace dynamics and employee rights, allowing him to approach workers' compensation cases with a comprehensive understanding of both the legal and practical challenges his clients face.

Dylan has served on the boards of directors of the Georgia Legal Foundation, which advocates for injured workers before Georgia's appellate courts, and the Joanne W. Charles Memorial Foundation, which raises ovarian cancer awareness — especially in rural areas — and funds research toward a cure. He believes in using his legal expertise and leadership to make a meaningful impact in his community.

Dylan and his wife, Nikki, are the proud parents of Zoe and Ivy, and family is at the heart of everything he does. In his spare time he enjoys traveling and, with a deep love for his home state, cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks women's basketball team.
